We’re getting so excited that it’s starting to feel real now! As the big day gets closer, we’ve added a few more details here to help you plan, feel prepared and make the most of the celebrations in Portugal.
We want the whole weekend to feel relaxed - lots of sunshine, good food, dancing and time together. Below you’ll find some helpful bits on what to wear, travel plans and a few little things to help us plan ahead so we can make the experience as lovely as possible for everyone.
Most importantly, we want everyone to relax and celebrate with us and we just want everyone happy, comfortable, and ready to soak up the sunshine with us.
We want you to feel relaxed, comfortable and very much yourself as we celebrate together - the weather will be HOT! Think summer-smart rather than overlly formal:

Gentlemen: smart trousers with a shirt (jackets and ties very much optional).

Ladies: summer dresses or similar, whatever makes you feel fabulous and comfortable in the sunshine.
The main rule... wear something you’ll enjoy eating, drinking, dancing and soaking up the day in.
As many of you will be travelling to Portugal, we’d love to know a little more about your plans. Whether you’ve already booked or are still figuring things out, please let us know where you’re staying and the dates you’ll be in Portugal.
We’ll be staying in Gale, close to the venue, and are very happy to help with recommendations or advice if you need it.
We’re so grateful you’re making the journey to celebrate with us and would love to spend time together before the wedding if we can. We’re hoping to organise a relaxed pre-wedding get-together, think drinks, chats and easing into holiday mode.
